What is your jewelry made of?
Our pieces are high-quality fashion jewelry crafted to replicate the look, weight, and finish of fine heirloom jewelry. We use premium base metals with polished finishes, faux stones, and traditional designs — giving you the feel of luxury without the luxury price.

Is your jewelry real gold or silver?
No. Our jewelry is fashion jewelry designed to resemble fine jewelry. It is not made of solid gold, silver, or precious gemstones. Think of it as the same beautiful look and feel, at a fraction of the cost — perfect for special occasions, everyday glamour, and travel.

Will it tarnish or change color?
With proper care, our pieces hold their finish beautifully. We recommend storing jewelry in a dry place, avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and water, and gently wiping with a soft cloth after wear. See our care tips in every order.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Most of our pieces are nickel-aware, but if you have very sensitive skin or known metal allergies, we recommend limiting direct long-duration wear. If you have specific concerns about a piece, email us and we'll be happy to share what we know.

Ordering

How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add your favorites to your cart, and check out. We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at elevate@adornlydesigns.com right away and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel or change it, but you can always return it once it arrives (see our Return Policy).

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Adornly piece ships in our signature packaging — ready to gift as-is, with no extra step needed. If you'd like a handwritten note included, let us know at checkout.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the continental United States (lower 48 states) only. We hope to expand to more destinations soon.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $100, and a flat $8 on orders under $100.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Every order includes tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking link once it ships.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. We cover the cost of return shipping. See our full Return Policy for details.

Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. It may take a few additional days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
