Where we ship
We currently ship to the continental United States (lower 48 states) only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We're a small, growing brand — we hope to expand soon.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $100: $8 flat rate
- Orders $100 and above: Free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the continental US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Order tracking
Every order includes tracking. If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at elevate@adornlydesigns.com.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, email us and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve it.
For packages delayed in transit beyond the expected window, please give the carrier a few extra days before reaching out — occasional delays happen, especially during peak seasons.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at elevate@adornlydesigns.com — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it.
