Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

We currently ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your Adornly Designs jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at adornlydesigns@gmail.com with your order number
- We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions
- Ship the item back within 7 days of approval
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
